Apparently she couldn't cope with it...

Question is now, does she want to give up the name/identity etc and be a member of a revised version. Or do those iterested in something similar begin to nut out a replacement "thing"?

Ok, without commenting on the details of the collapse, it looks like if anything comes out of this maybe a name change will be appropriate???

Maybe those interested in seeing where this idea can go should exchange details and discuss plans via other means of communication incase this site disappears into the net void without notice....

I too was sad to see nothing happen with Sinister Beauties, I even offered to host and help create it, but no response for 3 weeks...
so I took matters into my own hands!

You have to wonder about that, I saw your offers to help and they were very kind of you. If she wasn't coping why on earth didn't she take you up on it!

Sorry to say but Sinister Beauty actually went crazy and pulled the site, Kitten and I tried our hardest to do our share of the work but in the end SB (or Black Beetle who I have to say is the original creator of Sinister Beauties) couldn't hack it!!!

So now there's no SB and I'm out money and photography supplies because she won't talk to me anymore.

As I have said before the concept is a great one, and as Black Beetle as vanished into the sunset all we can do is seriously consider beginning again.

If there is no-one left here with admin control then I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to network.

Having a forum to use to contact other like minded people and get some photography organised would be great, without the pressure of having to produce "sets" and work towards launch deadlines etc.. it might actually end up that more art is produced.

The site that staradrael is working on looks like it can provide this. I have joined up and I know a couple of other people from here have.

I say put the past behind and get on with organising some artist collaborations!

I am probably going to stop looking here and put some efforts in trying to help the community grow at DeviantOz.

I know, I just hope that no one is discouraged due to the circumstances that happened here. It would be a shame as there are so many talented people here.
