Hey Tarla_Trent,
Sorry but all the months have been filled. But indeed I'm very interested in you working in the Luna Park shoot.

Re: 2009 CALENDAR
Kitten did you still need a photographer for your calendar shoot?
I had a random idea in the car yesterday thinking about your shoot in particular.

Re: 2009 CALENDAR
Hi all,
All sets for our 2009 calendar must be submitted by 1st November 08. This will give us 4 weeks for production of the calendars and then they'll be ready for everyone by december for friends, family etc...
The calendar will help raise funds for SB in building a better website with you being able to customise your profile yourself and add your portfolios yourself. I'm even hoping to give you your very own SB email too.
The calendar can be purchased through the website in December but of course as your chrissy pressie from us you'll get your very own copy too
I am blown away by all your continuous efforts and ideas on this project and the others, we really have very fun times to look forward too!

Excellent SB . By the way, as soon as you know, could you please inform us photographers which aspect we should be shooting for this calendar in? (ie portrait or landscape). I'd hate to get the shot and then realise it's not the right aspect. I do realise a lot of calendars are not printed in the 3:2 ratio that a camera would produce and the crop may need to be square too so that may be something else to bear in mind. But then again every calendar seems different. Look forward to hearing this info soon!

Re: 2009 CALENDAR
Soul Freeze, Razor and myself are all ready to do my April shoot in two weeks time.
As for the group shoot, a Friday, Saturday or Sunday would be the best for me. I don't mind when it is but I just need at least 2 weeks notice to book a flight up.
Also do we have a theme for December? Christmas is the obvious one, but with GOHM doing the Grinch for July I was wondering....

Miss Faerie is doing NYE as January
I think we just do a big xmas shoot...but different, maybe with an unusual tree (white? black?! do they make black? ahah) presents wrapped with skull and cross bones paper, cartoon character paper etc etc. striped Christmas stockings?
hehaha

Well I put my vote in to do that! I can goth up anything, and my mind is having a ball with that idea!
Re: 2009 CALENDAR
I'm in the process of organising a studio for the day so hopefully we could execute at least half the year in one day? Hopefully around the city... I'll keep you posted with the dates once it's confirmed but I thought it would be awesome if we worked really hard and got it all done in nearly 1 weekend! What do you think?
Re: 2009 CALENDAR
so we dont need to do these shoots on location?
for instance, mine is November - Melbourne Cup and im having trouble getting racecourse type access - if its all going to be in studio this solves a HUGE problem!! it would look weird anyway having mismatched on location versus studio pics...they need that uniform calendar look.
